Become a Sponsor

Pursuant to 200 KAR 5:080, Sponsorships, the Kentucky State Fair Board hereby announces the availability of unlimited sponsorship opportunities to advertise on the premises of the Kentucky Exposition Center during the 2015 National Farm Machinery Show.

The National Farm Machinery Show is an ideal platform to market your product and extend your name to a national and international audience in the agribusiness industry. The National Farm Machinery Show continues to thrive, growing each year and bringing farmers, dealers and manufacturers to the Kentucky Exposition Center. As the agriculture industry changes, the National Farm Machinery Show remains on the forefront of agriculture innovations with all the workshops, equipment and technology that farmers need to compete in the modern marketplace.

In 2014 the event hosted 294,360 attendees from across the world. Nearly 870 exhibitors filled all 1.2 million square feet of the Kentucky Exposition Center, making the largest indoor farm show in the country even more comprehensive than ever before. The always-popular Championship Tractor Pull drew cheering crowds of more than 66,000 fans for the four-day event.

As the third largest trade show in the Commonwealth of Kentucky, the National Farm Machinery Show generates more than $21.5 million of economic impact annually and is one of the most popular public events at the Kentucky Exposition Center.

Interested parties are encouraged to call Mr. Hess and Ms. Rogers and shall reply with a written proposal that addresses the two factors listed below. Advertising shall be mutually agreed upon between the responder and the Kentucky State Fair Board.

Potential sponsors and opportunities will be evaluated to determine the “best value” for the Commonwealth of Kentucky as described in KRS 45A.070(3) as follows:
1) Financial value to the Kentucky State Fair Board. Financial value may be monetary, trade or in-kind; and 2) Enhancement of the National Farm Machinery Show experience

An entity that has a business or regulatory relationship with the Kentucky State Fair Board, or who may be lobbying or attempting to influence matters of that agency, may be considered for a sponsorship opportunity only if there is a clear benefit to the Commonwealth, or the sponsorship promotes economic development or tourism in the Commonwealth. An award of sponsorship shall not constitute of an official endorsement of a particular company by the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
